• Tailored Curriculum: The Leadership Excellence Institute (LEI) is a uniquely tailored program for NALHFA member managers. The program is designed to equip leaders with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively execute their organizations' strategic plans while mastering key leadership competencies, ultimately driving excellence and positive impact within their organizations.

• Blended Learning: 7 in-person/virtual cohort sessions (63 hours total), complemented by e‑learning modules via CPS’s Center of Excellence.

• Executive Coaching: Five 1‑hour virtual coaching sessions to elevate executive presence, influence, and business impact.

• E‑Learning Assets: Access to dozens of self‑paced micro/macro modules to support individual growth.

Estimated Time Commitment

• Live Sessions: 63 hours (cohort workshops)

• Individual Coaching: 5 hours

• E‑Learning: ~12 hours
