Affordable Housing in Action: A San Antonio Tour & Hosted Gathering

Our exclusive, limited-capacity bus tour showcased San Antonio’s affordable housing ecosystem firsthand. Attendees visited three innovative developments highlighting the power of public-private partnerships, creative financing structures, and community-focused design.

The tour included guided walk-throughs of Four25 San Pedro, Los Arcos at VIDA, and a windshield tour of The Baldwin at St. Paul Square, offering insight into supportive housing, large-scale affordable communities, and mixed-income models. The afternoon concludes with a tequila tasting and bites at Rosario's ComidaMex and Bar, hosted by The NRP Group.
